Each survey completed gives a different amount of points.

You don't have to complete them all as you can see in my first picture, but if you want to earn as much points as possible it's best if you do.

What's with the Facebook Credits or Rixty Card?
Well, if you go on the Tinierme App on facebook, you can purchase GC through your account with facebook credits?

If it's there, you should be sent an email of your gift card.
Then you simply go on the main Tinierme website and redeem it on there.
